The crystal ball tells me…

…that I really should be either learning or working right now (or sleeping!) and not fiddling around with wordpress, but alas… that is what I do. Because of that we now have a nifty widget active: The shoutbox.

Also, I updated a gallery:

As I'm guilty about not updating the blog regularly, but instead posting my progress pictures on twitter (where one has not to write so much text about them :p) I found now a solution how I (and also Suaine and Noblesse, if they like) can post small, not really blog-worthy, progress-pictures to the blog: Die Kristallkugel, how I like to call our shoutbox ^_^ (crystal ball in english, my language switcher plugin does unfortunately not support switching the language in my sidebar also, if anyone knows how to solve that PLEASE drop me a line!). I hope the function will come in handy. Shoutboxing is enabled for registered users only, because I do not want to have to filter all the spam-comments we already get in the regular comments (but of that Akismet takes care thankfully).

Furthermore I added "some" more Klan pictures. Yes, I had them since Connichi, some even earlier from the cosplay.com meeting, where I briefly met Adella, Lillyxandra and Ginny, and was able to take a few pictures with Adella! (Thanks to her and Hamsi again! <3) I also received good advice on how to do wings from Lillyxandra, you should really check out her tutorials, they helped me a lot with my Q-Bee wings!

At Connichi I had some pictures taken with Noblesse in her cute Ranka costume and Suaine in her equally cute Klein Klan costume :) I also added these. Take a look at the gallery over at the costume's page where I keep my less silly and more flattering pictures ;)

I really shouldn't be wearing this costume anymore (no, it's not smelly, I wash my stuff:P) I already have so many great pictures in it and need some more good ones of other cosplays and want to wear so much new stuff and also rewear old stuff, but I will be visiting Dragon*Con in September and I was told I need to bring this along. So one final trip for Klan then, and of course I will be bringing along other costumes. :3  Whoot, yes, going overseas for cosplay, call me insane but I'm sure this trip will be awesome because I'm flying with kukkii-san, Gamina and hopefully also Isadora <3

Speaking of Gamina, I had a wonderful time at her birthday party in december, where we went bowling :) In costumes, of course ;) I hope they all presumed we were a wedding party XD I had a really great time with Gamina, Marco, Terra, kukkii, Britta and the others, I hope I will find time to meet them (at least those who don't live so far away D:) again! :)

I uploaded a few pictures from the bowling, maybe you'll enjoy them too. ^_^

Oh, and I had totally forgotten to upload a picture of Ai-kun D: I made him for Yumee, the gorgeous Ranka from Hanami, because she had a really bad day at Connichi and I wanted to cheer her up. She was really happy to receive it, yay, happy although the head looks really disfigured ^^;

So, with the shoutbox running now, securing the most basic updates, I still hope I will find time soon after my examns to write some more "tutorials" about the stuff I have currently in progress (and translate some more content, damn you laziness!) but I feel less "bad" now about abandoning this blog so often ^^
